WEL served as the project civil engineer for the site improvements associated with a 72-unit multi-family apartment complex in Kenedy, TX. The project consisted of a community center and eight (8) multi-storied apartment buildings, site paving, sidewalks, water, sanitary sewer, and drainage improvements.
