Emerald Cottages of Kerrville – Phase 1 (Kerrville, TX)

This project consisted providing master planning and civil engineering design services for the site improvements associated with a townhome development consisting of 32 residential living units in eight (8) buildings. The site improvements included the site grading, paving, water, sanitary sewer, and drainage infrastructure.
