Odessa College (Odessa, TX)

WEL provided master planning and site design services to a client who was awarded a multi-phased $68 Million bond project for the Odessa College. The project has been ongoing for the past 5-years on a single college campus.

The major phases of the project design work consisted of parking improvements and additions, site sidewalks, site grading & drainage improvements, utility relocations, and demolition plans. The project also included site design work for a new Campus Center, new Fire Training Center, a new Athletic Sports Fields complex, a new dual phased Student Union Building, a new Continuing Education Building, a new Math and Science Building.
